1. Sponsor

The Food Phrenzy® Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Dangle™, Inc., a Delaware C corporation, located in Jersey City, NJ ("Dangle, Inc."). Food Phrenzy® (the "Game") is operated by Sponsor.

 

2. Definitions

“Player” means an individual who meets the Eligibility requirements in Section 3 and who accesses and plays the “Game,” whether or not that individual earns or redeems any Reward.

“Reward” means a digital voucher, code, or other electronic credential earned through gameplay, stored in the mobile Game in the gift box icon, that is redeemable for a specific menu item at a participating restaurant location, as displayed in-game when the Reward is earned, and subject to all terms, conditions, availability, and restrictions described in these Official Rules and by the applicable Restaurant Partner.

“Reward Level” means a specific Game level within Food Phrenzy® mobile game that has been designated by Sponsor as offering an opportunity to earn a Reward, as indicated in-game by a star, message, icon, or similar notice, and for which a Player must reach that level and satisfy the applicable score or performance requirement in order to earn the associated Reward.

“Participant” means a Player who has earned at least one Reward in accordance with these Official Rules and who attempts to claim or redeem, or successfully claims or redeems, a Reward.

“Restaurant Partner” means any restaurant, café or food-service business that has entered into an agreement with Sponsor to participate in the Contest by providing eligible menu items as Rewards, including the specific participating locations identified in Section 5 of these Official Rules, together with any additional or replacement participating locations that Sponsor may designate.

“Released Entities” are the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, Restaurant Partners, advertising and promotion agencies, third-party delivery platforms and technology providers involved in administering or supporting the Contest or the Game, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents.
 

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation and are physically located within the delivery or on‑premise service areas of the participating restaurant locations listed in Section 5.

• Game is intended for adults. Parents/guardians are responsible if minors access or use it.

• Rewards will not be awarded or redeemable to individuals under 18.

• Players outside Restaurant Partner service radius may see fewer or no Rewards, and availability of Rewards may vary by geography.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, participating Restaurant Partners, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to participate.
 

4. Contest Period

The Contest begins on January 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("Contest Period").

 

5. Participating Restaurant Partners and Locations

Rewards available in the Contest consist of menu items from the following Restaurant Partners and specific locations, and are subject to the terms and conditions of each Restaurant Partner:

All offers are subject to the applicable Restaurant Partner's own terms, conditions, hours of operation, availability, and any third‑party delivery platform terms. Product descriptions, ingredients, and availability are under the Restaurant Partner’s control. Sponsor has no responsibility for the preparation, quality or safety of any food or beverage. Restaurant Partners are solely responsible for food preparation, handling, and compliance with food-safety laws, and for providing accurate allergen and nutritional information. Participants with allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for checking with the restaurant before consuming any item. Sponsor disclaims all liability for illness, allergic reactions, or other adverse events arising from the preparation, handling or consumption of any menu item provided by a Restaurant Partner. Access to Rewards may be impacted by third-party services (delivery platforms, mobile service, app stores), and Sponsor is not responsible for their failures or outages. Sponsor reserves the right to add, remove or modify participating locations and menu items at any time, with such changes reflected in the app.
 

6. How to Play and Enter

No random drawing is used; winners are determined by game performance in Food Phrenzy®.

• During the Contest Period, eligible individuals must download or access the Food Phrenzy® mobile game by accessing the App Store or Google Play.

• Within the Food Phrenzy® game, Players advance through match‑3 levels by aligning three or more identical tiles in a row or column. Certain designated levels display or unlock specific menu Rewards aligned with the Player's geographic area, based on in‑game location settings or other geolocation features.

• Rewards are assigned to specific game levels and are visible to the Player in advance through in‑game messaging (for example, "Yummy reward just 4 levels ahead") and indicated by a star on the game levels screen.

• To earn a particular Reward, a Player must reach the designated Reward Level and achieve or exceed the required target score or performance requirement for that level, as specified in‑game. Failure to meet the required score or performance requirement means the Reward for that level is not earned. Multiple attempts can be made to meet the required score or performance requirement.

• Each Reward Level can grant a Reward only once per Player.

• The Food Phrenzy® game may provide hints, messages, or other in‑game prompts that indicate when a Reward Level is approaching and what performance is needed, but all final scoring and level‑completion requirements are determined by the game engine.

• When a Player earns a Reward, the Reward will be stored and displayed within the Game using a gift-box icon (or similar indicator), which the Player may access to view details and redemption information.

• There is no maximum number of Rewards a Player can earn per day or per Contest Period.

Normal internet access, mobile data, and usage charges imposed by your online or mobile service provider may apply and are your sole responsibility.
 

7. Nature of the Contest; Skill Determination

This Contest is intended to be a game of skill. Outcomes are determined by the Player's ability to complete match‑3 puzzles and achieve specified scores or objectives. Level completion, score calculations, and any tiebreakers are determined by the rules and scoring logic programmed into Food Phrenzy®. No random drawing is used to select winners. Any in-app purchases, offered now or in the future, do not increase the probability or amount of Rewards and are not required to play or win. Outcomes are not influenced by chance-based mechanics such as loot boxes or random power-ups that materially alter the probability of winning a Reward.
 

8. Rewards; Approximate Retail Value and Limits

A "Reward" is a digital voucher or code redeemable for a specific menu item at a participating location, as indicated in‑game when the Reward is earned.

The specific Reward for each level, the number of times a Reward may appear throughout the game, and the in‑game messaging associated with that Reward are determined by Sponsor and will be visible within the game.

Rewards have no cash value and cannot be applied toward tax, fees, delivery charges, and tip. No cash alternative is provided, except as required by law. Rewards are:

• Non‑transferable.

• Not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged.

• Subject to all restaurant and delivery‑partner restrictions, including blackout dates, menu changes, or item unavailability.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Reward of equal or greater value if a listed menu item becomes unavailable, in its sole discretion. One Reward per person per visit. Rewards may not be combined with other discounts, promotions or loyalty offers. Multiple Rewards may be used in separate transactions on the same day. Rewards may be used for dine-in, take-out and/or delivery for each Restaurant Partner, subject to Partner terms.

Sponsor reserves the right to require a W-9 and issue tax forms (e.g., 1099-MISC) if a Participant’s total Reward value exceeds applicable IRS thresholds.
 

9. Reward Expiration and Redemption

Each Reward earned by an individual Player will have an expiration date of seven (7) days from the date that the Player first wins that specific Reward within the Game.

• The expiration date and/or countdown will be displayed in‑game or within the digital voucher or code.

• To redeem, the Player must follow the instructions provided in the app and/or on the voucher or code, which may include presenting a digital code in‑restaurant or applying it through an approved online ordering or delivery platform, within the designated delivery area of the participating location.

• Unused Rewards will automatically expire on the stated expiration date and will not be re‑issued or extended.
   

10. Verification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any Participant and the validity of any Reward win. Sponsor's and the Game's records of gameplay, scores, and level completions will be deemed conclusive and final for purposes of determining whether a Player has validly earned a Reward.
 

11. General Conditions and Conduct

• By participating, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. These Official Rules are accessible at [www.dangleusa.com/gamerules] throughout the Contest Period.

• Sponsor and the Restaurant Partners are not responsible for incomplete, corrupted, lost, late, or misdirected game data; technical failures of any kind; or any errors in the administration of the Contest or the awarding of Rewards.

• One account per natural person. Sponsor has the right to close or suspend accounts and void Rewards where multiple accounts are used to circumvent limits.

• Sponsor may require government-issued ID to confirm identity and eligibility in case of suspected fraud or high cumulative Reward value.

• Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest (or any part of it) if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest or the game.

• If the Contest is terminated before the end of the Contest Period, Sponsor may, in its discretion, honor rewards already validly earned and may determine how to address partially completed gameplay.

• All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from a redeemed Reward are the sole responsibility of each Participant. Sponsor will not enter into correspondence regarding tax or reward inquiries.

• Conduct and Disqualification: Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual and void Rewards obtained in violation of the rules: (a) suspected tampering with the Game and Reward redemption process or the operation of the Contest; (b) acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of these Official Rules; (c) acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to constitute unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

• Tampering Warning: Any attempt by a Player or Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and costs (including without limitation, attorneys' fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Game may not be compatible with all devices, OS versions, or carriers. Players are responsible for ensuring compatibility.

• Game may be updated, patched, balanced or modified during the Contest Period and such changes may affect difficulty or Reward availability, without creating any entitlement to compensation.

• Sponsor reserves the right to update Official Rules, where permitted by law, during Contest Period, with updated rules posted at [www.dangleusa.com/gamerules] and are effective upon posting, subject to any legal constraints, and will not retroactively reduce the value of Rewards already earned.

• In case of inconsistency between in-app messaging and these Official Rules, the Official Rules control.

• Bots, scripts, account-sharing or any unauthorized tools that manipulate gameplay or Reward outcomes are strictly prohibited.
   

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

Assumption of Risk. The Released Entities assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, faulty, failed, garbled, or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of Game plays at any point in the operation of this Contest; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Contest; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other person's mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Contest or download any materials.

Participant Release. All Participants, as a condition of participating in the Contest, agree to release Released Entities from and against any and all liability, loss, claims, demands, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, costs, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: (a) participating in any aspect of the Contest; (b) the redemption, acceptance, receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of any Reward claimed and redeemed; (c) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules; or (d) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property-related cause of action. Each Reward recipient shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Reward after it has been redeemed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Released Entities are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, and that the total aggregate liability is capped at the greater of (i) USD $100 or (ii) the value of the applicable Reward(s) at issue.

Promotion Cancellation. If, for any reason, the Contest is not able to run to completion due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, without further obligation or liability to Participants or third parties.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
 

13. Publicity and Consent

Except where prohibited, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and consent to the use of their names, city/state, photographs, any statements made by Participants, actual or simulated likenesses, and/or biographical information for public relations, advertising, and promotional purposes in perpetuity, throughout the universe, by Sponsor and its designees in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, without notice or further compensation, unless prohibited by law. This includes, without limitation, avatar, username, score, and gameplay achievements. Personal data use is subject to and limited by Privacy Policy and applicable law, and any publicity use will be in compliance with these laws. Consent for publicity is not a condition of participating where prohibited by law; some jurisdictions may limit such uses.
 

14. Disputes; Governing Law

Authorized Account Holder. Reward redemptions will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the mobile device used to redeem the Reward. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person assigned to a mobile phone number by a mobile service provider or other organization responsible for assigning mobile phone numbers. Reward claimants may be asked to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder of the mobile phone number associated with a Reward(s). Sponsor is not responsible for disputes between a mobile account holder and any other person who uses the associated device or account.

Dispute Resolution. This Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey. Participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any Rewards offered/redeemed shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Jersey City, New Jersey or the appropriate New Jersey State Court. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Contest, but in no event shall include attorneys' fees.
 

15. Privacy

By participating in the Contest, you grant Sponsor and Released Entities permission to use your personal information in accordance with Sponsor's privacy statement located at [https://www.foodphrenzy.com/privacy]. By participating in the Contest, Participants hereby acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy.
 

16. Third-Party Platforms

Apple, Inc. and Google LLC are neither Participants nor Sponsors of this promotion. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Inc. or Google LLC or any delivery platform. Participants release these platforms from any claims arising from the Contest.
